How Balance works
Card-funded Balance is available after its card payment succeeds. Optional auto-refill requires your express authorization and remains card-only.
Bank reloads may take several business days to clear. Pending bank reloads cannot be used to buy labels. Bank Balance Pricing applies only after processor confirmation and only to TrackALetter service fees.
Refunds and adjustments
Refund eligibility depends on the mail type, whether a label was used, tracking activity, and provider review. USPS or the shipping provider may report a later postage adjustment based on the actual mailpiece.
