Account or login

Include your account email and a short issue summary, but never send your password or verification code.

Label issue

Include the order ID if available, account email, mail type, and a short description. Do not email the full label PDF unless support requests it securely.

Refund request

Use the in-app refund action first when available, then include the order ID and request status.

Payment issue

Include the order ID and payment status. Never send a full card number or CVC.

Bug report

Include the page, approximate time, device/browser, and what you expected to happen.

Do not email passwords, verification codes, full card details, API keys, webhook secrets, or provider credentials.

Response timing

TrackALetter will respond as soon as practical. Complex payment, provider, refund, or postage-adjustment questions may require additional review before a complete answer is available.
