Accessibility Statement
TrackALetter aims to provide a usable experience for people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Our accessibility goal
TrackALetter aims to support the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every page or workflow has completed a formal conformance audit.
Report an accessibility issue
If a page, form, label workflow, or document is difficult to use, please report it through the Contact page. Include, when practical:
- the page URL;
- a short summary of the issue;
- your browser and device;
- the assistive technology used, if applicable; and
- the result you expected.
Response and improvement
TrackALetter will review accessibility reports as soon as practical and use them to prioritize reasonable improvements. Some content or functions rely on third-party services, but TrackALetter will still work to provide an accessible path where reasonably possible.
