Cookie Policy
TrackALetter uses essential cookies and related technologies to provide account access, security, and core service functions.
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Essential cookies and sessions
Authentication and session cookies keep you signed in, maintain account state, protect private pages, and support secure sign-in flows. Disabling these cookies can prevent account and label features from working.
Security and anti-abuse signals
TrackALetter and its infrastructure providers may use cookies, request metadata, and similar technical signals to enforce rate limits, prevent fraud, detect abuse, protect sessions, and maintain service reliability.
Diagnostics and monitoring
TrackALetter uses operational monitoring, including sanitized Sentry-style diagnostics, to identify errors and reliability problems. Current monitoring is not used to serve targeted advertising. Technical diagnostics are handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
Non-essential cookies
TrackALetter does not currently use advertising cookies. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar cookies are added later, this policy will be updated and any consent or opt-out tools required by applicable law will be provided before those cookies are used.
Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies through their privacy settings. Blocking essential cookies may sign you out or prevent protected account features from functioning.
