Accessibility Statement
TrackALetter aims to provide a usable experience for people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.
Last updated: June 10, 2026
Our accessibility goal
TrackALetter aims to support the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical for the public site and core account workflows. This is a goal for continuous improvement, not a claim that every page or workflow is perfect in every assistive technology.
Report an accessibility issue
If you have trouble using TrackALetter, contact support with the page URL, what you were trying to do, your browser or device, and any assistive technology used. Do not include passwords, payment details, verification codes, or private provider credentials.
Use the Contact page for accessibility feedback and support requests.
Alternate access
TrackALetter will review accessibility reports as soon as practical. If a specific workflow is blocked, TrackALetter will work to provide an accessible path where reasonably possible.
